Butter Crunch Lemon

Ingredients:




CRUST:

  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup packed dark refined sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mace or nutmeg
  • 4.5 ounces general flour (about one cup)
  • Cooking spray

FILLING:

  • 1 cup one% low-fat cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons general flour
  • 1 tablespoon grated peel
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons contemporary juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon leaven
  • 1 giant egg

  • Powdered sugar (optional)





Instructions:
